Many scientists and their little helpers busy themselves at PROTO Invention Factory. Important work requires the right atmosphere to achieve outstanding results. Please help us create it by following best practice. 

Price includes: entry x 18 to Invention Factory

• Number of participants: up to 18 people
  Additional ticket: 10 € / per person (it is possible to purchase an additional ticket on site, it does not have to be pre-ordered)
• Use of party room for 2 hours + 15 min preparation time + 15 min clean-up.
• Visitation of all PROTO Invention Factory exhibits for 18 people (includes adults and children).
• After the birthday, the guests are welcome to stay in the exhibit hall until closing time.

Book your birthday and catering early, so we can guarantee you the desired date and agree on catering if requested.

• The booking confirmation is 100% prepayment of the birthday package and catering (if ordered) price.
• In case of cancellation 14 calendar days prior to the date of the birthday, we propose a new date for the birthday or refund your prepayment in full.
• In case of cancellation fewer than 14 calendar days prior to the date of the birthday, we propose the option to book a new available date for the birthday. The prepayment is not refunded.
• By making the prepayment, you agree to the rules of organising a birthday.

• Savoury food orders are from the PROTO birthday menu.
• The birthday child may bring their own birthday cake. NB! It is not allowed to bring along other food.
• If you order savoury food, then we also provide disposable dishes for the birthday cake you bring.
• Ordering catering and making changes (number of people) must take place 4 days prior to the birthday at the latest.
• Food may only be consumed in the birthday area. It is not allowed to have food in the exhibition hall.
• Please wash your hands carefully after eating in order not to blemish the exhibits in the exhibition hall with dirty fingers.
• The birthday rooms are equipped with tables, chairs and vases. There is a sink in the rooms Tigr and Leopard.

• Arrival and parking information is available here.
• Please arrive early enough to set up the room. 15 minutes has been allocated for this.
• Guests’  coats should be hung in the wardrobe in the 1. floor lobby.
• The birthday child or parent shall wait for the guests by the cash register, where he or she will hand out the wristbands and guide the guests to the birthday room.
• Guests who arrive late will get their wristbands from the cash register. Please return the wristbands of late guests to the cashier to be handed out upon arrival.

• Attendants in dark blue coats will provide guidance to children when necessary in the exhibition hall.
• We ask parents to keep an eye on the children for the duration of the birthday and help them when necessary. There is no separate programme manager moving around with the children.
• Please be careful when using candles. 
• It is not allowed to use cake sparklers.
• Please use the birthday room equipment in good conscience and notify PROTO staff if anything becomes dirty or breaks.

• Please explain polite behaviour and safety rules to all children.  
• There are also other birthday parties and guests in the building, so please be friendly to everyone.
• We recommend wearing flat indoor shoes, so you are more comfortable moving around and using the exhibits.
• It is more convenient to use the virtual reality glasses with contact lenses. 

• 15 minutes has been allocated to clean the birthday room.
• Please vacate the room on time, so we can prepare it for the next birthday.
• Make sure the birthday room looks as it did when you arrived.
• Place garbage in the designated bin.
• Check whether you have taken all your personal belongings.
• Lost and found items will be taken to the cash register after the birthday.
