Family tourism attraction PROTO Invention Factory is housed in the Noblessner Foundry building in Tallinn. The European Regional Development Fund financed the project with 2.4 million euros.  PROTO aims to serve both domestic and foreign tourists and to promote Estonia as a travel destination in foreign markets.
